Together, the companies have introduced Trader Replay, a unique solution which enables traders to instantly replay an entire call at the touch of a button. This significantly speeds up dispute resolution and delivers improved overall efficiency.Trader Replay is already in use at a leading financial services institution in Paris and is the first recording application available through Trading Solutions’ Open Trade Store. This application store enables organisations to access trading, business and lifestyle applications directly on the Open Trade turret. It is also the first NICE application to run on the trading platform.
The Trader Replay application offers users a simple and intuitive solution. The user friendly panel makes it quick to find, replay and mark calls. Traders can listen back in loop to a whole call, whatever the length, or select just part of it. Advanced features which aid quick replay include tagging options and optimised search facilities around specific time frames.
